Nulogy, a leading provider of agile supply chain solutions, has filed a trade secret misappropriation suit against Menasha Corp., a Wisconsin-based provider of graphic consumer packaging, merchandising solutions, contract packaging and fulfillment services, asserting claims under the Federal Defend Trade Secrets Act and the Illinois Trade Secrets Act in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The lawsuit seeks recovery of financial damages and an injunction to halt the use of a custom contract packaging supply chain software solution that, according to the filing, Menasha has built by taking advantage of trade secrets gleaned from Nulogy and its technology.
