Ziegler will oversee the product development and lifecycle for solutions offered to financial institutions, integrated payments partners, and merchant clients. She will help design and commercialize innovative offerings that integrate into Jack Henry & Associates’ core solutions and provide financial institutions with turn-key merchant programs. She will also help to identify investment and revenue opportunities that will further the growth of Merchant’s PACT.

Ziegler’s payments career began in 2003 when she joined Total Merchant Services (TMS), as the 33rd employee. While at TMS, Ziegler held several roles across the organization building a well-rounded understanding of the merchant processing industry. In 2009, Ziegler was asked to run product for TMS where she built out a product suite supporting small and medium sized businesses. Her efforts helped fuel significant growth at TMS.

In 2013, Ziegler joined Total System Services, Inc. (TSYS) as the Director of Product. In this role, she oversaw product strategy for all merchant-facing products including security solutions (encryption, tokenization, and EMV), tablet and e-commerce solutions, terminal offerings, and other value-added solutions. In addition, Ziegler led the efforts on the highly desired semi-integrated solution for Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners. After her promotion to Vice President of Product in 2017, Ziegler focused on building and executing a strategy to create TSYS’ proprietary omni-commerce platform, obtain P2E validation, and launch the highly successful Vital suite of products.

After 7 years with TSYS, Ziegler joined WorldPay by FIS to lead the sales effectiveness team. In this role, Ziegler led the go-to-market and commercialization strategy for products across all distribution channels in addition to leading the Learning and Development teams.

“We are delighted to have Chris Ziegler join our growing team at Merchant’s PACT. Her industry leadership and broad product expertise will help Merchant’s PACT further expand and develop its proprietary and integrated technology solutions,” stated Tom Wimsett, founder and Chairman of Merchant’s PACT.

“Merchant’s PACT’s philosophy on open platforms, expansive financial institution and merchant offerings, and innovative core integrated solutions uniquely position the company to enhance the performance and modernize the merchant offerings for financial institutions, businesses and integrated payments partners,” said Chris Ziegler. “I’m very excited to join Merchants PACT and be leading the product efforts.”
