Payspan Announces New Electronic Explanation of Benefits Service

Payspan’s Member EOB service includes print and electronic EOBs with online access via SSO or API to a white label user experience on the payer’s member portal. Payers using the service offer Members online access to search and view their EOBs and workflow encouraging adoption of “paperless” delivery. Members overwhelmingly prefer electronic delivery of EOBs because of the convenience and lower environmental impact of online delivery. Payers find that giving members online access to EOBs with paperless delivery raises member satisfaction, reduces member services call volume and reduces print and postage costs.
