In this newly created role, Kumar PV, an Accenture and Avanade veteran with nearly three decades of IT industry experience, will be responsible for designing and leading Performance Improvement Partners’ transformation strategy by expanding the firm’s offering to meet the technology-driven value creation needs of the market today. In addition, he will oversee delivery management and business operations, as well as partner with key practice leads to enhance and grow the firm’s capabilities, which currently serve more than 200 private equity firms and their various portfolio companies.

Kumar PV joins Performance Improvement Partners after serving various leadership roles at top-tier consulting firms such as Accenture, Cognizant, and Avanade, where he helped clients realize their potential and create value through technology-led business transformation. Throughout his career, he has advised CXOs at companies ranging from startup to PE-backed, as well as the Fortune 2000, in pre- and post-deal M&A strategies, IT transformation, restructuring, and global delivery, while leading multiple global IT mergers and carveouts. In addition, he has significant experience in building, managing, and mentoring diverse, global teams. Kumar PV began his career as an entrepreneur with experience in establishing and leading businesses in the U.S. and India. Kumar PV earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
