The company hired Faisal Siddiqui to serve as Chief Technology Officer; Marina Devalia as Vice President of Marketing; Matt Melnick as Senior Vice President of Sales; and Shelli Holland as Vice President of Human Resources.

Faisal Siddiqui is a seasoned technology executive with more than 20 years of experience building enterprise SaaS applications across different verticals. Siddiqui specializes in scaling teams for high-growth companies and has been a part of three successful SaaS companies, recently serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Virtru. He’s also a ranked poker player, recently winning a WSOP satellite event in Baltimore, Maryland.
Marina Devalia is an experienced marketing leader with a talent for building effective marketing operations in the enterprise SaaS industry, always exploring new avenues to optimize the Revenue Marketing engine and bridging the gap between marketing and sales. She previously served as Vice President of Marketing at Higher Logic. Marina lives with her husband and two young daughters in Washington DC.
Matt Melnick has more than two decades of experience as a leader in global sales in the enterprise SaaS industry. He led new sales at Vocus during their period of explosive growth from 2010-2015, playing a key role in positioning the company for the eventual acquisition by Cision. Since his time at Vocus, he has led global sales at social media management platform Tracx and donor information platform Wealth Engine.
Shelli Holland has more than fifteen years of experience in global employee development, workforce planning and supporting positive business outcomes by aligning HR and Talent strategies with financial, operational and organizational objectives. She has particular expertise in the US, Asia, EMEA and Latin America. Holland previously served as Head of Talent Management at Frontpoint.
Shelli is also the founding organizer of DisruptHR DC, a community that brings business leaders in HR, Talent, Culture and other business disciplines together.
The leadership team expansion comes on the heels of recent investment from Frontier Growth, a Charlotte-based growth equity firm focused exclusively on B2B software, in Phone2Action. The leadership appointments are a marker of the company’s accelerated growth and the tremendous potential of the platform, which has a full slate of product enhancements planned this critical election year.
