Hoholik most recently served as a consultant for Plutoshift and played a pivotal role in securing the startup’s $8 million Series A funding round. Hoholik has a proven track record of success in senior positions, including CMO and Senior Vice President of Global Solutions at Teletech and Executive Vice President and Partner at Digitas. As Chief Engagement and Solutions Officer at ACCENT Marketing – an MDC Partners Company, Hoholik developed and executed a customer engagement management (CEM) go-to-market growth strategy and delivery model that eventually helped sell it to a larger business process outsourcing company. Hoholik also brings proven experience with supporting start-ups in new business generation, team building, talent, go-to-market messaging, and fundraising.
In his leadership role, Hoholik will drive Plutoshift’s business development, customer success, and company operations. He will continue to engage with current and new customers as well as play a vital role within Plutoshift’s leadership team in delivering the company’s GROUNDED AI framework. This unique framework provides an automated performance monitoring platform designed to enhance the role of operators and employees, enabling them to make operational decisions and changing the way industrial work gets done by teams.
“We’re very excited to have John transition into a more permanent leadership role as he has been a major contributor to our success,” said Prateek Joshi, founder and CEO of Plutoshift. “His record of accomplishment in business development and his unique ability to forge meaningful relationships with our customers and partners has proven to be invaluable in bringing our solution to market,” Joshi continued.
The company is initially focusing its platform on manufacturers, allowing operators to monitor the performance of critical processes related to water, energy, chemicals, and labor in an automated way.
Prateek Joshi launched Plutoshift in early 2017 with the vision of connecting the constantly changing realities of the physical world with the monitoring power of intelligent software. This effort resulted in helping industrial operators harness the power of existing plant data related to operations, finances, and maintenance spread across different systems. Plutoshift is the leader in data intelligence for industrial processes.
Their cloud-based solution monitors the performance of industrial processes in an automated way for manufacturing businesses. Plutoshift’s GROUNDED AI technology transforms passive legacy monitoring systems to active performance monitoring in industries like water, food, beverage, brewing, chemicals, and energy. This enables operators to automatically monitor critical processes and have access to actionable information in real-time. Plutoshift has offices in Palo Alto and Denver.
