Questionmark, the enterprise-grade assessment provider, has launched Cybersecurity for Home-based Workers, a new ready-made assessment. The assessment enables organizations to test their state of cybersecurity readiness with their people working from home.

To help get their people up and running quickly and securely given the coronavirus crisis, Questionmark is offering organizations their first 1,000 assessments for free during April saving thousands of dollars or pounds for the organization.

Questionmark has developed the Cybersecurity for Home-based Workers assessment to help organizations identify whether employees have the required cybersecurity knowledge to do their jobs. The assessment also enables organizations to meet their compliance requirements and avoid cyber breaches when their people are working from home.

John Kleeman, Questionmark Executive Director and Founder, said: “The coronavirus crisis is forcing many organizations to introduce home working, often for the first time. This can open them up to unfamiliar risks.

“Our cybersecurity assessment will help those organizations assess their state of readiness and identify how they could address issues with their people working from home.”

Organizations can face huge financial losses and a negative impact on their reputation as a result of a cybersecurity breach. The average data breach costs an organization $3.92mi. Some 32% of all data breaches involve phishing, while 29% involve stolen credentials.ii

John Kleeman continued: “Organizations need to protect critical data and meet their IT and cybersecurity compliance requirements, such as for GDPR or financial regulations. To help get their people up and running quickly and securely, we are offering all organizations their first 1,000 assessments for free in April.”

The offer is open to current and new customers and runs to the end of April 2020. To find out more, please click here.

Questionmark now provides ready-made assessment content, such as the questions, as well as the assessment platform and professional services. This is the second part of a new Questionmark assessment content offer, following the launch of QM Thinking Skills, a critical thinking and problem-solving assessment, last week.

Founded more than 30 years ago, Questionmark works with organizations including Fortune 500 and FTSE100 businesses, government, academic and public sector organizations worldwide.
