“Expanding our team in Silicon Valley with Matt Winters, as Senior Vice President, is significant as tech companies begin planning and implementing their return to office strategies,” said Jon Moeller, Managing Director of Raise Silicon Valley. Throughout his career, Winters has completed transactions in excess of $1.5 billion in value totalling 6 million square feet, and has advised hundreds of iconic technology companies, like Box, AOL, and WhatsApp. Together the team will expand the high-touch, high-tech model, that has proven successful in San Francisco and Los Angeles regional offices.

“The workplace is undergoing unprecedented modernization and brokerages need to quickly respond, pivot, and embrace new hybrid strategies and develop complimenting technology in order to have the best ability to deliver valuable solutions to the new wave of high growth hybrid companies,” said Winters, Senior Vice President of Raise Silicon Valley.

The company has also hired Eve Rossmere, as Senior Project Manager, to expand Raise’s project management team. The team looks forward to building new hybrid workplaces with reinvented workplace design.

Lastly, the company is welcoming Uday Nandam, as Product Management Lead, formerly at industry software giants like Intuit, IBM, and Hewlett Packard, to manage the full product life cycle on the development of client facing tools supporting workplace search, portfolio management, and workplace strategy.
