Scout RFP, a Workday company and leading cloud-based platform for strategic sourcing and supplier engagement, today announced new recognitions from prominent industry analysts and organizations. The Company was designated a Key Solution Provider in 2020 by Ardent Partners and named a finalist by the 2020 SaaS Awards program for its strengths in project management, workflow automation and productivity improvement.

The Key Solution Provider distinction is an inaugural award from Ardent, a research and advisory firm focused on advancing supply management strategy, processes, and technologies. The recognition highlights Scout, as a provider believed to be well-positioned to make a big impact in the supply management market this decade. Additionally, the fifth annual SaaS Awards, which recognize excellence and innovation in software solutions, shortlisted Scout in two categories: Best SaaS for Improved Productivity and Best SaaS for Project Management, Workflow Automation or PLM.

“As businesses face a changing world and new demands, strategic sourcing technology is becoming a critical connective tissue between procurement, finance, operations, and suppliers – helping fuel an agile business strategy, enhance cash-flow, and mitigate risk,” said Stan Garber, co-founder, Scout RFP. “We are honored to receive recognitions that validate not only the multifaceted strengths of our platform, but also the overarching customer-obsessed culture that informs its design. We look forward to helping more customers with automation acceleration through the capabilities of tech-enabled strategic sourcing.”

The recent round of distinctions come as Scout celebrates a new milestone: its fifth annual customer advisory board (CAB) meeting. Every year, the Company convenes a number of customers for candid discussions about sourcing challenges, priorities and best practices, with participating companies sharing insights, learnings and more. Today, the CAB continues to serve as a basis for driving technology development and initiatives. 2020 participants include 24 Fortune companies and global industry leaders across financial services, technology, healthcare, energy and more.

“Scout’s inception and evolution have been driven by a strong feedback loop with the companies we serve. We’re thrilled to mark our fifth CAB meeting and take pride in the meaningful customer relationships we’ve cultivated,” added Garber.
