4G chipmaker Sequans Communications S.A. (NYSE: SQNS) today announced the issuance of $5 million of convertible debt due in August 2022, using a portion of the previously committed $15 million of financing from a major shareholder. Details of the convertible note are available in the company’s Form 6-K filed today with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
