SIAE MICROELECTTRONICA’s highly innovative platform, ALFOPlus2XG achieves the highest throughput available today in a single-all-outdoor microwave solution through the use of RF multi-core technology combined with highly efficient 4096QAM modulation. Supporting independent RF channel bandwidths from 20 MHz to 80 MHz (FCC) or 14 MHz to 112 MHz (ETSI), ALFOPlus2XG yields unprecedented microwave radio capacity of 2 Gbps. With integrated XPIC capability, ALFOPlus2XG offers flexibility in link planning for congested networks while its unique RF branching system offers simplicity in implementing complex microwave links.
The inclusion of the 10GbE interface simplifies network configuration while maintaining L1 radio aggregation. Ease of installation is provided with a single fiber (SM or MM) connection supporting SFP+.
ALFOPlus2XG operates in conjunction with our ALFOPlus80HDX 10 Gbps millimeter wave radio system to provide a unique full outdoor multi-band (MBL) solution for operators, service providers and enterprise users. Multiband Link operation extends e-band connections at multi-mile distances with the augmentation of licensed microwave traffic to maintain high availability connections.
