SR Health by Solutionreach, the leader in patient engagement solutions and innovation, announced the addition of two executive leaders to the SR Health team. Chris Marsh has joined the company’s executive leadership team as vice president of engineering and Vinitha Ramnathan has joined to lead the SR Health product strategy and management team. With a combined experience of nearly 40 years in healthcare, Marsh and Ramnathan will build on the current capabilities within the digital health industry to increase modern, accessible, and personalized communication between patients and provider organizations.
“We are honored to have these seasoned leaders join the SR Health team. Communication continues to be the greatest opportunity to connect patients and providers. It’s critical that patient communications leverage data to support meaningful conversations about health that will both improve outcomes and reduce cost,” said Josh Weiner, president and CEO of SR Health by Solutionreach. “As we expand our patient outreach capabilities to support a better workflow and experience for patients and providers, Chris and Vinitha will solidify SR Health’s leadership position in the patient engagement market.”
Chris Marsh comes to SR Health after serving as vice president of software engineering at R1 RCM, modernizing the product and technology organization, stabilizing the technology performance and delivering award-winning new capabilities in route to expanding enterprise value from $1.3B to $4.6B over his two years of engineering leadership. His experience includes leadership roles consulting with 3M Health Information Systems, Do Health (now Staywell), and successfully building and growing a medical coding startup, Aviacode.
As senior director of Product Management, Vinitha Ramnathan will build out and manage both short and long-term product and innovation roadmaps for SR Health to create value and solve unmet needs around patient engagement and outreach. Prior to joining the SR Health team, Ramnathan served in leadership roles for PatientPoint, Vital Images, Optum, and Pareto Intelligence, managing products and services spanning the healthcare ecosystem.
“SR Health aims to transform healthcare through communication by making it accessible, modern, and personal, and I’m excited about the opportunity to further accelerate that mission on behalf of all healthcare consumers,” said Ramnathan. “The SR Health team is one that brings their best selves to work everyday, and it’s rewarding to be leading and working with our team members who are bringing this mission to life.”
