Stackery, the serverless acceleration software company, has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) DevOps Competency status. Stackery was built to help customers adopt serverless methodologies and best practices to build, run, and secure AWS applications. This designation recognizes Stackery’s expertise and solution for helping customers navigate and automate serverless development and production on AWS.

Achieving AWS DevOps Competency differentiates Stackery as an AWS Partner Network (APN) member that provides specialized technical proficiency and proven customer success with specific focus on Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery of serverless applications. To receive the designation, APN Partners must possess deep AWS expertise and deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS.

“Stackery is proud to achieve AWS DevOps Competency status,” said Farrah Campbell, Ecosystems Director, Stackery. “The shift from server-centric to serverless application components changes DevOps team responsibilities so teams can focus on their business needs while leveraging AWS innovation.”

AWS is enabling scalable, flexible, and cost-effective solutions from startups to global enterprises. To support the seamless integration and deployment of these solutions, AWS established the AWS Competency Program to help customers identify Consulting and Technology APN Partners with deep industry experience and expertise.

Serverless functions (AWS Lambdas) handle the business logic between event sources such as APIs, databases, and data storage. Stackery enables users to create serverless applications with all the resources they need in a single canvas, deploy applications to different AWS regions, and move between multiple AWS accounts. Stackery’s resource configurations won’t lock you into the Stackery environment. Rather, the canvas produces portable Serverless Application Model (SAM) templates consumed directly by AWS CloudFormation.

“Stackery is the missing element in serverless development with AWS,” said Steve Potter, former Director of Digital Engineering, Vydia. “It speeds up the development process and helps us easily visualize relationships between different resources as our team’s knowledge of serverless expands.“
