Stateless, Inc., the company reinventing network connectivity, achieved tremendous success in 2019 and enters 2020 with powerful momentum. During 2019, the company introduced the industry’s new software-defined interconnect (SD-IX) network platform – its inaugural product, Luxon, which achieved significant market recognition and accelerated market awareness and customer interest. The company also expanded its offices and received patents, awards, grants and its Series A funding during the year.

“Stateless’ success in 2019 is a direct result of our fresh approach to innovations in network connectivity. Our approach allows customers around the globe to improve efficiencies and deploy new network ecosystems that support the growing 5G, IoT and cloud requirements,” said Murad Kablan, Stateless CEO. “Today, DevOps, developers and NetOps are forced to use adaptors to attempt to make legacy network infrastructures work with current applications. 100 percent of our systems’ functions can be configured via a modern RESTfull API allowing it to be easily integrated into modern applications.”

Innovations fueled by modern cloud computing are driving next-generation interconnect requirements and Stateless’ Luxon product allows network services such as IPsec, routing as a service, and network service chaining to be easily deployed and integrated by DevOps and network users through our Luxon software platform. Stateless emerged from stealth in January 2019 and raised $11.33 million in Series A funding. The company’s oversubscribed Series A Round was led by Drive Capital with participation from Speedinvest.

Spurred by its growth and success, the company moved to new Boulder, Colorado offices during 2019. In addition, Stateless made three strategic additions to its executive team; Erik Bovee, Vice President Business Development, TJ Karklins, EVP, Operations and Service Provider Strategy and Mike Anderson, Marketing Vice President.

2019 highlights and achievements include:

  • Emerged from stealth in January 2019
  • Awarded U.S. Patent No. 10,425,348 for Stateless network functions that bring web-scale innovation to networking
  • Announced Luxon, the company’s inaugural product and the industry’s first software-defined interconnect (SD-IX) platform
  • Awarded a $750K National Science Foundation Grant
  • Raised $11.33 million in Series A funding
  • Named by American Inno to the 2019 class of Colorado Inno on Fire winners
  • Expanded its headquarters offices
  • Created an internal Industry Advisory Board with executive participation from Rally Software, SolidFire, Otava and NetApp

“I’m incredibly proud of the team this year for pushing the boundaries – both vision and technological innovation – in the development of a new networking ecosystem,” added Kablan. “Our growth and pipeline are accelerating as we enter 2020, and we look forward to helping more organizations streamline network operations and minimize capital expenditures.”
