Steve Capelli Joins MLOGICA as Chairman of the Board

MLOGICA, a global provider of Cloud Migration and Hyperscale Big Data Software and Services, today announced that the MLOGICA Board has unanimously elected Steve Capelli, Chief Revenue Officer of Blackberry, to the position of Chairman of the Board.

While at Blackberry, Mr. Capelli has also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer reporting to the Chairman and CEO. In addition to his roles, he also provides counsel and leadership on M&A activities, strategic direction, and corporate culture.

Mr. Capelli also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Bradmark Technologies, Inc., a software company specializing in database performance management. In addition he is currently serving on the public company Board of Rimini Street, a provider of third-party software support for Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards and others. He has served as well on the boards of several privately held technology companies, including Enmetric Systems, LiveOps and ParStream, which was later acquired by Cisco.

At Sybase, he was previously President of Worldwide Field Operations with responsibility for more than $1 billion in annual revenue. Mr. Capelli led the turnaround and expansion of global teams focused on Sales, Consulting, Customer Support and Education. Before joining Sybase, he spent five years at Siemens-Pyramid, where he held a variety of positions, including CFO, vice president of inter-continental sales and director of field operations. He has also worked in finance and operations at Digital Equipment Corp., Unisys, and W.R. Grace & Company.
