Tailwind Capital (“Tailwind”), a middle market private equity firm investing in targeted sectors within technology & business services, healthcare and industrial services, has closed on its acquisition of the International Sports Sciences Association (“ISSA” or the “Company”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
