Ribar brings extensive leadership experience in the computer software and semiconductor sector, and will further enhance the existing leadership team as SambaNova continues to gain traction in the marketplace with its disruptive technology.

As Ribar joins SambaNova, he will continue serving as director and board member for Macom and Everspin Technologies. Previously, Ribar served as a director of Aquantia Corporation and as CFO for a number of high tech companies, including Cadence Design Systems, Matrix Semiconductor, Inc., NVIDIA Corporation, SiRF Technology, Inc. and Telegent Systems. Ribar was also formerly VP and corporate controller at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).
