Teridion Expands Depth of Board of Directors Experience to Meet Growing Global Demand for Public Cloud-Based WAN Service

Teridion, the company delivering the only global public cloud-based WAN service, today announced that Bill Hogg, recently retired president of AT&T Technology Operations and long-time AT&T senior executive, has been named to its Board of Directors. Mr. Hogg is joining Teridion during an important growth phase for the company to help it meet growing global demand for its public cloud-based WAN service dramatically improving organizations’ application, SaaS and WAN performance.

About Bill Hogg

Bill Hogg recently retired as President, AT&T Technology Operations, and was responsible for all planning, investment, engineering, construction, delivery, and assurance of AT&T’s next-generation technologies for consumer, business, and government customers. In addition, he was responsible for planning, engineering and deployment of the enterprise cloud, compute, and storage infrastructure globally. Prior to this, Mr. Hogg served as President of Technology Development, responsible for the development of AT&T’s products and services, digital experiences for customers, and systems supporting operations across AT&T’s networks and services. In addition, he was responsible for AT&T’s information and network security strategy, standards, and platform development. Previous positions at AT&T include Executive Vice President of Global Customer Service (GCS), Senior Vice President of Network Planning and Engineering, President of Mobility Network Operations, and CTO for Cingular’s wireless data business. Mr. Hogg earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from the University of South Florida.
