TractManager’s credentialing and enrollment division, formerly known as Newport Credentialing Solutions, is once again the top-ranked provider of credentialing and privileging solutions according to a 2019 user survey conducted by Black Book Market Research, an independent market research company. Black Book reports that more than 4,500 executives, hospital board members, and senior managers across the country took part in the survey, which rated vendors from 18 categories of outsourced services. Newport Credentialing Solutions was also the top-ranked provider in Black Book’s 2018 survey.

“To be selected as best-in-class by our clients two years running is truly gratifying,” said Trace Devanny, Chief Executive Officer of TractManager. “There is a growing realization of the importance of proper credentialing and enrollment to the financial well-being of healthcare organizations and provider practices, and we are perfectly positioned with our software, enrollment, and NCQA-accredited credentialing services to help hospitals streamline their processes to prevent revenue leakage as well as recover revenue for care they’ve provided to patients.”

Since its founding in 2009, TractManager’s credentialing and enrollment division has approached provider onboarding as an integral part of the revenue cycle, developing customized professional services that wrap around its proprietary software and maximize the value of the credentialing platform. Anna Arutyunyan, Vice President of TractManager’s CVO, stated, “The Advisory Board noted that challenges associated with denials management and provider credentialing can jeopardize upwards of 5 percent of a health system’s net patient revenue. We address these problems holistically by centralizing provider employment contracts in a digital repository that manages compliance requirements, and by standardizing provider onboarding — including credentialing, privileging, and enrollment — to accelerate productivity and eliminate delays in revenue capture.”

TractManager’s credentialing solutions integrate with its contract lifecycle management platform, MediTract CLM, widely recognized as the “gold standard” in healthcare contracting. To learn more about TractManager’s complete suite of solutions, visit our website.
