announced that Yohannes Cramlet will join the company as general manager
of California. He will be based in Los Angeles and report directly to
Melinda White, chief executive officer of Transit Wireless.

“Yohannes is an accomplished business and community leader with nearly
two decades of sales, marketing and operations experience in the
telecommunications and real estate industries,” said Melinda White.
“Transit Wireless is excited to welcome Yohannes with his proven focus
on the customer, experience in transit sales and operations, and
strategic leadership within the California organization.”

Mr. Cramlet will advance business growth strategies for the company
across California, working closely with transit authorities to enable
the fiber build and delivery of market-leading wireless products and
services. The Transit Wireless approach also includes strategic design
and build supporting Smart Cities services and applications.

Cramlet joins Transit Wireless with nearly 20 years of sales, brand and
leadership experience. Most recently, he served as executive director of
Business Development for Mobilitie, LLC. Cramlet has deep expertise in
the neutral host and telecommunications industries, including strong
carrier and partner relations, as well as experience working with
transit operators and enterprise venue owners. His prior work includes
sales leadership roles with Boingo Wireless, Amdoc and T-Mobile, and he
began his career in real estate development. He has a B.A. in Business
Administration from Sacramento State University.
