Stepp joins Vesta from Jama Software, where she was the vice president of people and workplace, developing high-performance culture, people practices and management. The lead strategic HR partner to Jama’s CEO and executive team, Stepp was integral to ensuring a positive, inclusive and unique employee experience. Previously, she served as the vice president of people and human resources with Puppet, a Portland-based enterprise IT software company, and played a key role in enabling rapid company growth and talent acquisition. Additionally, Stepp’s experience spans leadership and organization development roles with Intel, Nike and Mentor Graphics Corp.

Stepp earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Stanford University before going on to receive an MBA and Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
