Visa Inc. (NYSE: V) today announced its participation in the following
investor conferences.

On Wednesday, May 15, Al Kelly, Chief Executive Officer, will present at
the J.P. Morgan Global Technology, Media and Communications Conference
in Boston. The discussion will begin at 3:40 p.m. Eastern Time and last
for approximately 40 minutes.

On Wednesday, May 29, Al Kelly, Chief Executive Officer, will present at
the Bernstein Annual Strategic Decisions Conference in New York City.
