Bluejay users are able to communicate with policyholders through personalized videos, which answer their common questions and clarify complex issues without the need for a phone call. Personalized, data-driven videos offered through Bluejay include Onboarding, Catastrophe, Claims and Renewal, each minimizing call center volume, increasing customer satisfaction scores and optimizing digital communication for insurers.
