Watch Communications today announced the acquisition of Sit-CO, a fiber and fixed-wireless broadband solutions provider based in Evansville, Indiana. This acquisition expands the Watch network to Evansville, Princeton, Mount Vernon, Boonville and other rural areas of Southwestern Indiana. Watch will continue to provide the same high-quality services offered by Sit-CO to its customers and will be expanding to specific unserved areas as part of the FCC’s Connect America program.

This acquisition increases Watch’s subscriber base by over 2,200 residential and enterprise customers and brings a substantial facility for the expansion of its data center operations. Watch will continue to deliver TV, voice, Internet, and other related services from this full-service data center. The company’s Evansville, Indiana office will now serve as the base of operation for Southern Indiana and Illinois.
