Wolters Kluwer’s CT Corporation announced today that its UCC Filing Hub application was named Best Legal Solution in the Business Technology category of the 2019 SIIA CODiE Awards. UCC Filing Hub is an intuitive Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filing tool that simplifies law firm professionals’ deal workflows. The CODiE Awards recognize companies developing the most innovative business and education technology products across the country and around the world.

“I’m honored that the UCC Filing Hub received this prestigious award for excellence and innovation in technology,” said John Weber, President and CEO of Wolters Kluwer’s CT Corporation. “We built the UCC Filing Hub to help our law firm customers more accurately complete complex legal filings in less time. We are excited that the SIIA recognizes our dedication to helping legal professionals transform their operations for an increasingly digital world.”

UCC Filing Hub helps increase the efficiency and accuracy of UCC-1 and UCC-3 filing with web-based document preparation and e-filing. Created with direct input from more than 50 law firm professionals, it models their deal flows and allows users to e-file directly in 47 states. This eliminates the need for time-consuming re-keying, getting filings on record more quickly and accurately.

“The CODiE Awards have long recognized the most innovative high-impact products in the market, and the 2019 winners continue this grand tradition,” said Jeff Joseph, SIIA President. “We are thrilled to spotlight these exciting products and the power they have to revolutionize how we do business. Congratulations to all our honorees.”

In the first half of 2019, Wolters Kluwer’s CT Corporation won several awards including: a Stevie Award from the American Business Awards, also for UCC Filing Hub; a Business Excellence Award for Best Global Compliance Managed Services Provider; and a Stevie Sales & Customer Service Award for Front Line Customer Service Team of the Year.
