Word Systems, LLC, an Indianapolis-based technology company serving the public safety, legal courts and child advocacy markets, has announced that it has acquired Evertel Technologies, LLC, a secure and instant communication platform provider focused on law enforcement agencies and first responders.
The acquisition fits into Word System’s strategy to develop and provide cutting edge and best in class technology to allow their public safety and law enforcement clients to operate more effectively and efficiently. Evertel, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Word Systems and retain its brand as well as leadership, sales and development teams.
