Workforce Logiq, the workforce management company transforming how organizations win talent across the globe, today announced its Chief Information Officer Francisco “Frank” DeArmas will be inducted into the Hispanic Information Technology Executive Council (HITEC) Hall of Fame. DeArmas has been selected for the meaningful impact he has made within the technology industry and HITEC community.

“I am deeply honored and humbled to be part of HITEC’s Hall of Fame inaugural class and stand alongside some of the most influential IT and corporate leaders,” said Frank DeArmas. “My hope is this celebration will empower young Hispanic men and women to grow their own careers while leading the industry into the future by uplifting and inspiring the entire technology community.”

HITEC is a premier global executive leadership organization with a mission to increase Hispanic representation and build stronger technology and executive leaders in the diversity-challenged technology industry. This new, exclusive recognition celebrates the success of a select group of Hispanic technology leaders who have achieved the highest levels of professional success and have demonstrated a strong commitment to lifting up the next generation.

Prior to his role as CIO at Workforce Logiq, DeArmas served as Vice President and CIO, Global Surgery for Johnson & Johnson, an $82 billion organization, where he was responsible for all IT activities for the Johnson & Johnson Global Surgery Group North America and for any franchise related solutions that were deployed globally. In addition, DeArmas has held C-level executive roles at GMAC, Comerica Bank, Whitney Bank, and Accudyne Industries.

“Frank is an incredibly valuable asset to Workforce Logiq as he leads the strategic direction of the organization’s technology, analytics and informatics solutions,” said Jim Burke, CEO at Workforce Logiq. “Frank’s passion for technology is demonstrated by his dedication to helping our clients leverage advanced tools to find and win high quality talent. We congratulate him on his selection to the HITEC Hall of Fame.”

DeArmas will be officially inducted in the 2019 HITEC Hall of Fame at the HITEC Awards Gala on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019.
