SAP cloud ecommerce firm hybris launches partner programme

SAP ecommerce company hybris has launched a new SMB Partner Programme for the hybris Commerce cloud platform.

The hybris SMB Partner Programme offers all the omni-channel commerce capabilities of the hybris platform, and will enlist experienced hybris partners who have extended the technology with additional integrations and functionality to create pre-packaged solutions.

Our partners have packaged and optimised our market-leading commerce solution for the SMB market,” said Patrick Finn, senior vice president of global channel and partnerships, for hybris and SAP customer engagement and commerce. “The hybris SMB Partner Programme ensures our partners deliver a quick time to market and allows potential customers flexible licensing models.”

Beyond offering a pre-packaged hybris solution, participating partners will also have the ability to host the hybris offering either within a partner facility or at a hybris hosted centre. Additionally, the solution software costs can be subscription-based, allowing potential customers the advantage of “pay as they grow”.

We’ve taken our years of hybris experience and the related IP assets we’ve accumulated and put it into our hybris Catalyst offering,” said Brian Grady, CEO of Gorilla Group, one of the first firms to sign up to the new partner programme.

Trent Brown, CEO of Tacit Knowledge, another new partner, said: “The hybris SMB Partner Programme allows us to provide B2C customers with an end-to-end solution powered by hybris technology and featuring high touch fulfilment, shipping and returns management.

The ability for this complete solution to offer the financial flexibility of monthly payments or even a customised payment plan is a true differentiator.”

BORN Group, Connexus, CrossView, Gorilla Group and Tacit Knowledge are the first partners to qualify for the new programme.
