CTERA Networks targets UK providers with Arrow

Arrow and CTERA Networks have expanded their European collaboration to the UK, in addition to Germany, France and Benelux. The agreement provides cloud-based solutions to UK solution providers seeking solutions for file storage, collaboration and data protection.

The CTERA Enterprise File Services Platform is a private cloud IT-as-a-service platform for storing, syncing, sharing, protecting and governing data across endpoints, remote offices and servers.

This private approach to enterprise file management and data protection “is especially important in the UK market as data privacy and security are paramount”, said CTERA.

With CTERA, organisations can enjoy the operational and productivity benefits of cloud services without concerns of compromising privacy or security. These compromises are often found in alternative storage-as-a-service offerings, where the location and access of data is not transparent to enterprise customers.

Data privacy and security have never been more important to European enterprises as they are challenged to deliver new, modern solutions to store, share and protect files,” said David Darmon, VP of sales, Europe for CTERA.

Arrow and its channel community are now poised to take advantage of the excellent revenue potential of the cloud by providing a single platform that enables enterprises to address storage, collaboration and data protection use cases entirely on their terms.”

Jesper Trolle, regional vice president UK, Benelux, Australia and New Zealand, Arrow ECS, said: “With CTERA’s Enterprise File Services Platform, Arrow now has a powerful tool for its solution providers to capture enterprise modernisation projects as well as develop new and profitable managed services revenue streams.”
