Nureva audio visual business goes to new company Avocor

New audio visual collaboration company Avocor has been appointed the authorised distributor in the UK for Nureva.

Alongside its own branded product portfolio, Avocor will offer Nureva’s Span ideation system and Span classroom collaboration system to education, corporate and public sector markets.

Distribution will operate via a dedicated network of reseller partners with Avocor providing end to end demand generation alongside service and support to its channel partners and end users.

Nigel Steljes, managing director of Avocor, said: “The Nureva Span ideation and classroom collaboration systems were a natural fit for our business. We are extremely excited to support the growth of Nureva within this market, concentrating heavily on delivering excellent customer service and support.”

Nureva systems were previously distributed by the loss-making Steljes company before it recently went into administration after almost 30 years in business. Nureva was on the look out for a new distributor after the demise of that company.

Avocor is a manufacturer of interactive touch screens, designed and developed for the education and corporate markets, and a distributor of collaboration products. The company’s flagship solution — the VTF range of interactive panels — is one of the first to feature Windows 10, and delivers Microsoft Office apps straight to the panel.
