This year marks the second consecutive year Computex has been named to the prestigious list. Recognized in the Large Companies category (100-399 employees), Computex was honored for its policies around diversity and inclusion, remote work, and for encouraging work-life balance.
The Houston Business Journal bases its Best Places to Work rankings on a variety of factors, one of the most important being an anonymous employee survey. All Computex employees, as well as executive management and HR, were queried. Recognition as a Best Place to Work reinforces the company’s corporate values and commitment to ensuring an optimum employee experience.

The company also didn’t permit their dedication to diversity and inclusion to waver during the height of the pandemic. Senior management meets formally each month and a standing agenda item is monitoring the diversity of the company’s workforce and related matters.
