As CMO, Mayne will focus on strategy development and execution of the company’s global marketing and innovation initiatives. In addition to creating products like height-adjustable standing desks, monitor arms and medical carts at the forefront of ergonomic innovation, the company is also stepping up and offering unique solutions for the COVID-era office — from a new thermal imaging cart for non-invasive daily temperature checks, to mobile desks that help transform traditional floor plans and conference rooms into flexible spaces that meet social distancing requirements.

“Dena’s demonstrated track record for leading world-class, cross-functional teams that drive growth will be crucial for us as we enter the next normal,” said Chad Severson, chief executive officer at Ergotron. “Dena empowers her teams to pursue their best ideas and capitalize on opportunities.”

“From the beginning, Ergotron has been an innovative company, and as we enter a new reality, we have the opportunity to continue to lead the way and help our customers address new challenges,” said Mayne. “I’m excited to bring my passion for helping companies identify untapped potential in their teams to Ergotron, and to unlock even more creativity, excitement and customer-centric thinking at the company.”

Mayne began her career at 3M before moving to Ecolab, where she spent 15 years. In her tenure at Ecolab, she held roles in increasing responsibility that spanned marketing, branding and talent development. Mayne also spent three years as the vice president of marketing at Uponor.

Throughout her career as an executive leader, Mayne has charted the course through various stages of expansion and transition, empowering organizations to get stronger and move faster. Additionally, Mayne is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-owner of Minnesota-based Living Stone Concrete Design. She graduated from Concordia College in St. Paul, Minnesota with a degree in marketing.
