expert Michelle Roccia as Chief People Officer. As ETQ continues to

Roccia comes to ETQ from talent acquisition firm WinterWyman, where she
spent more than a decade in executive roles, including Executive Vice
President of Employee Engagement and Senior Vice President of Corporate
Development. Prior to that, Roccia held executive HR positions at
technology companies Authoria and Centive. She started her HR career at
Kurzweil Applied Intelligence.
Roccia’s experience defining optimal organizational structures for
high-growth companies, and designing the employee programs to support
that growth, are ideally matched to ETQ’s needs at this stage of the
company’s lifecycle. ETQ continues to aggressively hire across all
