Infoworks.io, a leader in Enterprise Data Operations and Orchestration (EDO2) systems, today at Strata Data Conference announced the availability of its integrated solution in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, an online store providing applications and services for use on Microsoft Azure. Infoworks customers can now take advantage of the scalability, high availability and security of Azure, with streamlined deployment and management, as well as a partnership with Databricks.

Businesses continue to seek more efficient ways to migrate and launch new data and analytics use cases in the cloud. Manual, talent-intensive methodologies fail to deliver the level of agility required to support and launch new analytics use cases at the pace needed to drive business transformation. DataFoundry applies automation, complete solution integration and abstraction away from the underlying complexities of infrastructure to accelerate analytics projects using Azure distributed cloud computing and storage platforms and Databricks.

“With Infoworks DataFoundry now available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, businesses are able to easily migrate to the Azure Cloud and accelerate digital transformation by rapidly creating and iterating data analytics use cases,” said Russ Barck, vice president, Strategic Alliances at Infoworks. “The automation, integration and orchestration capabilities of DataFoundry deliver an unprecedented increase in performance and agility, enabling organizations to deliver superior business results with far fewer data engineering resources.”

As a no-code data operations and orchestration system, DataFoundry makes the development of data workflows to support complex analytics projects possible even for organizations without data engineers. The EDO2 system eliminates the need for hand-coding data ingestion, data pipelines, and workflows that run on the Databricks engine and Azure platform, while providing built-in lineage, monitoring, auditability and governance required for enterprise data operations and orchestration. The beta rollout is planned for September, with general availability expected in November.

“Through Microsoft Azure Marketplace, customers around the world can easily find, buy, and deploy partner solutions they can trust, all certified and optimized to run on Azure,” said Sajan Parihar, Senior Director, Microsoft Azure Platform at Microsoft Corp. “We’re happy to welcome the Infoworks DataFoundry solution with Databricks to the growing Azure Marketplace ecosystem.”

The Azure Marketplace is an online market for buying and selling cloud solutions certified to run on Azure. The Azure Marketplace helps connect companies seeking innovative, cloud-based solutions with partners who have developed solutions that are ready to use.
