Madison, Dane County Regional Airport (MSN), one of the early adopters of the nationwide program, has chosen LiveReach Media to measure passenger wait times at two security checkpoints. Based on data received from LiveReach Media’s sensors, MSN plans to move passengers more efficiently throughout the airport. MSN has already included wait time data generated from LiveReach Media sensors on its website, in the departures section, to help travelers plan ahead.
