PoliteMail Software, provider of Outlook-based employee email engagement software, is No. 1112 on the 38th annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. Well-known brand names such as Microsoft, Timberland, Zillow, and many others gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
“Our rapid growth has continued for several years as we add significant new customers, enhance our product capabilities, and an ever-increasing number of employees to help us create, deliver and support our products. In fact, our team has expanded so much we have just moved into a new, 13,000-square-foot headquarters in Portsmouth,” said Michael DesRochers, founder and managing director at PoliteMail. “Being named for the second consecutive year to the Inc. 5000 list shows the dedication of our outstanding team, and our ability to help enterprise customers improve communications with their employees by measuring what matters.”
The companies on the 2019 Inc. 5000 (which are listed online at www.inc.com/inc5000, with the top 500 companies featured in the September issue of Inc., available on newsstands August 20) achieved an astounding three-year average growth of 454 percent, and a median rate of 157 percent. The Inc. 5000’s companies accounted for 1,216,308 jobs over the past three years.
“The companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 have followed so many different paths to success,” says Inc. editor in chief James Ledbetter. “There’s no single course you can follow or investment you can take that will guarantee this kind of spectacular growth. But what they have in common is persistence and seizing opportunities.”
