Realcomm Conference Group is pleased to announce it will be presenting
over 25 Microsoft partners in the Microsoft Partner Pavilion at
Realcomm | IBcon 2019, which will be held on June 11-14 at the Nashville
Music City Center. IBcon,
an event that co-locates with Realcomm,
the commercial and corporate real estate industry’s largest technology
conference, has grown to become the world’s most comprehensive and
leading-edge event focused on the next generation of smart, connected,
high-performance, sustainable, intelligent buildings.

The Pavilion’s focus for 2019 is to showcase the breadth of innovative
smart building solutions built by Microsoft partners leveraging their
growing portfolio of spatial intelligence offerings, which includes
Azure Digital Twins, Azure IoT Edge, Azure Maps, Azure Machine Learning,
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Graph, Workplace Analytics, Dynamics,
Cognitive Services, and more.

“Our Realcomm | IBcon Expo is where you will find state-of-the-art
technology products and services specifically for the commercial,
corporate, government and institutional real estate industry,” said Jim
Young, co-founder and CEO of Realcomm. “We’re excited that our
partnership with Microsoft allows us to showcase their services and
partners who are at the forefront of innovation in the built industry.”

The Microsoft Partner Pavilion represents a new milestone in Microsoft’s
growing presence at IBcon.

“We’re expanding our presence at Realcomm | IBcon with over 25 partners
across our Microsoft booth and Microsoft Partner Pavilion,” said Bert
van Hoof, Partner Group Program Manager, Azure IoT of Microsoft. “These
partners are transforming their industries by leveraging the power of
Microsoft services including Azure IoT, Dynamics 365, and Office 365 to
create innovative solutions for smart buildings, facility management,
real estate, construction and more.”

The Microsoft Partner Pavilion will include partners such as Bentley,
cohesionIB, Cognizant, Domain 6, Edge Technologies, Hewlett Packard
Enterprise, ICONICS, Infosys, IoTium, Itron, Jibestream, KGS Buildings,
MacDonald Miller, Realwear, Trimble, and Willow, among others. In
addition to the pavilion, Microsoft will also be hosting partners in its
booth, including Bosch, Johnson Controls, Larsen & Toubro, PCL
Construction, Rigado, Steelcase, View, and Yanzi Networks. These
partners have all leveraged Microsoft’s portfolio of offerings to build
immersive, innovative smart building solutions.

Microsoft partner Johnson Controls comments, “At Johnson Controls, we
pride ourselves on helping our customers increase efficiencies and
achieve their business missions. At the nexus of data and business, the
Johnson Controls Digital Solutions IoT portfolio uses internal and
external data sources to uncover real-time insights that allow customers
to solve their challenges and meet their goals,” said Sudhi Sinha, VP
and GM, Digital Solutions, Johnson Controls. “Microsoft’s software and
Cloud solutions allow us to create smart building solutions that pull
the future forward by transforming buildings so they work smarter.”

Another partner that will be participating at the Pavilion is Willow,
who together with Microsoft is transforming the built world to make it
more connected, intuitive, sustainable and innovative. Joshua Ridley,
CEO, Willow adds, “We are proud to partner with Microsoft in our shared
vision to empower every person and organization to connect with the
built world in a whole new way. Microsoft provides Willow with an
amazing partner network, and secure intelligent Cloud, IoT and AI
capabilities, which scale our technology platform and solutions across
the globe.”

Microsoft’s partners are also growing their own presence with individual
booths at IBcon. One such partner is CBRE. “With Azure Digital Twins and
other Microsoft mixed reality tools, we’re finding powerful new ways to
remove friction from the workplace and enhance employee productivity,”
said Brennan McReynolds, Global Product and Technology Lead, CBRE Host.
