Originate, the concept-to-launch innovation firm, announces that Mirco Pasqualini has joined the company as Global Head of Design. A well-respected leader in the field, Pasqualini now brings his substantial experience in deploying design as a strategic asset for innovation to Originate clients.

Pasqualini has 25 years of experience leading clients in their design journeys. Before joining Originate, he served as Ogilvy’s Head of Design and before that, was Chief Design Officer for a venture incubator. Pasqaulini has also held leadership roles at renowned digital agencies R/GA and Arc Worldwide and wrote his first book, Agencies & Brands in the Experience Economy, in 2018. His second book, set to be published in 2020, delves into how the new generation’s mindset has triggered the experience-based economy.
