Spring Venture Group, a leading direct-to-consumer insurance distribution company specializing in Medicare, announced today that it plans to hire approximately 1,000 employees this year across all of its markets. The surge in hiring is driven by a robust Medicare market.
Over 10,000 people turn age 65 every day in the U.S., creating a surge in demand for Medicare-related products and services. Spring Venture Group anticipated this need over a decade ago, bringing a comparison-shopping model to the Medicare Supplement Insurance market. Today, the company helps hundreds of thousands of people find health care coverage that meets their needs and budget.
“Our mission is to improve people’s lives through work that matters,” said Kim McDonald, Spring Venture Group’s Executive Vice President of People. “We know that providing an exceptional customer experience starts with a great employee experience. Last year was full of challenges, but we also learned that our people thrive in a flexible work environment. As vaccines become more wide-spread, we will be offering a range of workplace options including entirely remote, hybrid and in-office (once conditions are safe). We are invested in our people’s growth and success, by fostering a culture that makes you feel respected, trusted and valued.”
The company is seeking a variety of talent for positions including: Sales, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Data and Analytics, Operations, Compliance, and Human Resources. The majority of these positions will be filled in Arizona, Kansas, Missouri, Florida and Texas with remote opportunities across the country.
“No matter your role, you will have a part in guiding people through one of the most difficult decisions of their life: purchasing a Medicare plan. During this uncertain time, you will help people take control of their health care and feel confident that their needs are met,” said Kristi Jones, Director of Talent Acquisition, “this is an incredibly rewarding time to be at SVG.”
