The 2019 study finds that Top of Mind is the most used lead management CRM of all the CRMs in the mortgage lending space. Seventy-four percent of the survey respondents use a third-party Lead Management/ CRM tool, and Top of Mind is the most preferred tool with 18.4 percent market share, up from 17.6 percent in 2018.
