XIFIN Welcomes Harley Ross as Chief Commercial Officer

XIFIN today announced the appointment of Harley Ross as chief commercial officer, a newly-created position. Reporting directly to Executive Chair and CEO Lâle White, Ross will work with the executive team and product leads to scale XIFIN’s business as it expands into new markets and addresses increasing clinical needs. This comes on the heels of the exponential growth XIFIN experienced in 2021 when it expanded into the retail pharmacy and radiology industries through two acquisitions.

As chief commercial officer, Ross will have a cross-functional role overseeing XIFIN’s efforts to scale its business. He will provide additional executive focus on commercial efforts in new and expanding markets, including product integration, strategic sales, and enterprise support. Additionally, he will build on the company’s forward-thinking approach to healthcare IT solutions to gain traction for additional business development and expansion opportunities. Ross will be sharing some of his financial insights during a webinar later this month.

Ross brings more than 20 years of experience in product and technology integration strategy and M&A work to XIFIN. Previously, Ross was EVP/Chief Revenue Officer at Quadax, leading sales strategy for the company’s revenue cycle services division. Throughout the course of his career, Ross has played a pivotal role in various business transformation initiatives. These resulted in key business accomplishments associated with national accounts spanning a variety of market segments including call centers, ISPs, transportation, manufacturing, home health, medical device, and remote patient monitoring, in addition to a number of national reference labs. He has also held numerous sales leadership and consultancy roles with companies that provide data centers, cloud solutions, and other technology services.
